Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee relations concerns.
  • Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide support in employee training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of local employment law is essential.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
