Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our EV Operation Branch of CLPe Solutions Limited, reporting to the Project Manager. Responsibilities Prepare design submissions, tender proposals, project plans and correspondence with relevant parties for EV Charging Infrastructure System. Explore business opportunities, prepare business proposals and involve in sales engineering works and contract negotiation. Ensure effective project management, including subcontractor management, site coordination, site progress monitoring, defect follow‑up, safety and quality control, etc. Coordinate with IT vendors for software development and equipment configuration. Implement and monitor the Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) System to meet project and statutory requirements. Provide reporting duty in non‑office hours to handle emergency calls and site issues or perform site meetings when necessary. Qualifications A recognized university degree in Building Services, Electrical, Electronics, Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant engineering disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience. Good project management skill, strong leadership skill, excellent communication and presentation skills. Solid working experience in consultancy services area is preferred. Sound knowledge in data management platform and software development for different applied solutions will be an advantage. Good business acumen, customer‑oriented and performance‑driven. Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card. Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position.
