Job Responsibilities Assist the team head to ensure the smooth daily operations of the trading and settlement system. Assist the team for system upgrades and enhancements. Gather and analyze business requirements and objectives from relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors. Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. Job Requirements Min.4 years of experience in business analysis/system analysis, solid background in Brokerage field preferred. Experience in manage complex IT projects with additional experience using Ayers/2GoTrade/Sharp Point considered is preferable. Familiar with project management methodologies and tools, good documentation management control. Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage external vendors. Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and presentation skill, able to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Possess of project management certifications like PMP or CSM will be advantageous. Self‑motivated and be a good teammate.
