Project Planning : Assist in developing comprehensive project charters and detailed plans, ensuring clear objectives and timelines for successful execution. Execution Oversight : Monitor project progress, ensure quality standards are met, and provide regular status updates to keep stakeholders informed. Stakeholder Engagement : Proactively communicate with team members, vendors, and business users to align requirements and maintain project momentum. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance : Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements through careful monitoring and adjustment. Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation to support continuity and knowledge sharing within the organization. Who are they looking for? Educational Background : Degree holders in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Logistics, or related fields. Project Experience : At least 4 years of experience leading projects in multinational or global environments. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with data projects, logistics transformation, or large-scale retail is advantageous. Vendor Management : Hands‑on experience in managing and coordinating with external vendors. Risk Assessment : Proven ability to identify and manage project risks effectively. Adaptability : Flexible mindset to adjust to changing project requirements and environments. Methodologies : Proficiency in PMO practices and Agile frameworks, with PMP certification preferred. Technical Skills : Experience with Project Management Tools and understanding of DevOps practices is a plus. Problem‑Solving : Strong analytical skills coupled with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
