Responsible for developing and maintaining VIP/high‑net‑worth clients, managing key account sales, delivering personalized luxury service, executing VIP events, and coaching the store team on VIP client handling to drive overall sales growth. Job Responsibilities: VIP / Key Account Development and Relationship Management Based on the headquarters’ and region’s key account management plans, responsible for key account acquisition and daily maintenance for the assigned store, ensuring effective execution. Participate in developing key account activity plans, execute key account benefits and events, and enhance client engagement. Establish and maintain key account management files, ensuring timely updates. Key Account Reception and Sales Management Independently handle the full reception and consultation process for high‑net‑worth clients, providing one‑on‑one private try‑on experiences, personalized product recommendations, seamless after‑sales support, and managing high‑value and complex transactions. Deeply understand clients’ underlying needs, effectively communicate brand value and product stories, achieve outstanding sales performance, and fully meet personal sales targets. Store Team Training and Enablement As the key account sales expert, regularly provide training for the store sales team, including: key account identification skills, sales communication techniques, service etiquette, advanced product knowledge, and fundamentals of client relationship maintenance. Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to establish an efficient system for sharing and transferring potential client information, ensuring every high‑potential client entering the store receives professional follow‑up. Act as an “internal coach” by offering joint client receptions, case reviews, workshops, and other formats to enhance the team’s capability to serve high‑net‑worth clients and contribute to overall performance growth. Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited institution (exceptional candidates may be considered with an associate degree). More than 5 years of sales experience in the luxury industry or key account sales. Excellent customer service awareness with professional demeanor and conduct. Strong communication skills, insight, stress tolerance, and self‑motivation. Possess certain high‑net‑worth client resources. Positive, optimistic, sincere, and upright personality.
