Digital Marketing Officer

BEAM Society Limited (BSL) is an independent, non‑profit membership organization established in 2010 and recognized as a tax‑exempt charitable organization under the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap 112). BSL administers and develops the BEAM Plus Assessment Tools, offering impartial assessment of building sustainability and training for BEAM practitioners. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies. Plan and create engaging content for websites, email and social media to drive related KPIs. Compile regular performance reports and provide optimisation suggestions for all digital platforms. Handle ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Hold a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, creative media, marketing, public relations, advertising, design or related disciplines. Have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in related disciplines. Be hands‑on with IT skills, social media and multimedia tools (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design and video editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.). Possess good knowledge of performance tracking. Have good command of Cantonese and English. Be well‑organised, self‑initiated, independent and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
