About the role Zi Man International Co Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to join our team in Wong Chuk Hang, Southern District. As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales for our diverse range of products. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced, innovative environment. What you’ll be doing Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, and email marketing Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to continuously optimise the digital marketing strategy Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create engaging and visually appealing digital content, including website content, social media posts, and email newsletters Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition Assist in the management of the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO-optimised, and aligned with the overall marketing objectives Support the planning and execution of offline marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints What’s required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimising campaigns across various digital channels Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Creativity and passion for developing innovative digital marketing solutions Familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What we offer At Zi Man International Co Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
