Marketing Associate We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support both creative brand initiatives and performance‑driven campaigns. This role combines content creation, event support, and digital marketing execution with data‑driven optimization, ensuring our brand vision is consistently reflected across all touchpoints while delivering measurable growth. What you'll be doing Assist in daily marketing functions with a focus on content creation, campaign execution, and strategic implementation. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring brand consistency and impact. Support the development and rollout of 360° marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal collections, and brand activations. Create and adapt engaging content for social media, email newsletters, website copy, and other communications to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Coordinate the production of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, printed materials, digital assets, advertising, and event support. Plan and execute consumer‑facing events such as pop‑ups, product launches, and other activations in partnership with cross‑functional teams. Manage paid search campaigns, optimizing performance within budget to meet growth targets and troubleshoot delivery issues. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and spreadsheets, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. Collaborate with country teams to develop localized campaigns in multiple languages and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and best practices. Maintain and update marketing assets, databases, and client information to support efficient workflows and consistent communication. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, eCommerce, or related discipline. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or start‑up/media agency environments (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will also be considered). Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices, including social media, email, and content creation. Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, and balance creative storytelling with data‑driven decision‑making. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. A creative, flexible and analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. Collaborative team player with strong written and communication skills in English; copywriting ability preferred but not required.
