Senior Sales Associate / Senior Business Development Associate We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate / Senior Business Development Associate to drive business growth through both inbound and outbound sales activities. This role combines strategic prospecting with relationship building to convert prospects into successful long-term clients. You'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how our platform delivers measurable value. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment while maintaining the professionalism required to build trust with enterprise clients. Key responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closure Develop and execute both inbound lead conversion strategies and targeted outbound prospecting campaigns Build consultative relationships with prospects across various industries to understand their specific retail challenges Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate our platform's value proposition Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process and customer experience Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting Provide market feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities Analytical mindset with ability to translate business requirements into solution benefits Applicant must be proficient in Cantonese and English Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or retail technology solutions Existing network within the SME retail community Background in business development or account management Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools We Offer Competitive salary with commission and bonus structure Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a friendly culture Significant room for growth as our company expands and takes on new challenges A flat organizational structure that values every team member's input and encourages contributions at all levels Generous vacation and leave policy 5 days work week Storeberry AI is a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce platform dedicated to delivering exceptional value and service to our customers.
