SUMMARY We are looking for a passionate Senior/ Sales Associate to join the team, you will be acting as a brand ambassador and responsible for driving sales through engagement of customers. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING… Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and productivity goals. Deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products. Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers. Access customers' needs and maintain long term relationships with them. Share the fashion and market trends with customers. Assist in handling merchandise display and stock control. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience,preferably in fashion industry. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Assocaite. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate strong sense of high-end fashion. Proactive, outgoing, sales driven, able to work independently and on a team. Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
