We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate to join our Jil Sander team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our fashionable retail store location in Hong Kong. What you'll be doing Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Deliver outstanding service aligned with the brand's luxury standards. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Build and maintain long‑term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Create personalized client experiences, including services and private appointments. Manage post‑sale follow‑up, including client feedback and relationship nurturing. Maximize cross‑selling and upselling opportunities. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of product lines, brand history, and current campaigns. What we're looking for At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion brand. A positive, enthusiastic and team‑oriented attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and keen to build long‑term relationships. Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the Jil Sander brand. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation. Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred.
