Customer Service, Insurance (Assistant Manager / Senior Officer / Officer) A life insurance company offers comprehensive coverage and personalized service to meet diverse needs: Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, agencies, and business partners. Provide accurate information on insurance products, policy details, claims, and payments. Assist customers in resolving issues or escalating complex matters to relevant departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Support daily operations of the customer service team. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer cases. For the Assistant Manager role, monitor and supervise the hotline and counter services team to ensure quality service provision. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call centre or frontline environment in life insurance or general insurance. Successfully passed IIQE Papers 1 & 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proven record of excellent customer service. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
