The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced and mission‑driven Talent Acquisition Manager to design and manage our global hiring strategy. You’ll lead and inspire a small but high‑impact team, including Talent Acquisition Specialists, while working cross‑functionally and geographically with leadership and hiring managers to ensure our hiring engine is fast, effective, and aligned with Reap’s mission and values. This is not just a recruiting role – it’s a strategic one. You’ll build systems, design metrics, shape employer branding, and challenge conventional thinking to unlock world‑class hiring at scale. What You’ll Be Doing Design and manage the global talent acquisition strategy. Empower and coach your team to deliver with speed, consistency, and quality across all departmental functions. Define and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, offer acceptance) to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs, shape job scopes, and close all hires. Act as the guardian of candidate experience, ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high‑touch process from first message to final offer. Optimize our ATS, tools, and sourcing stack for scale and efficiency. Contribute to building and reinforcing our employer brand internally and externally. Bring a builder mindset to everything—design processes, build playbooks, automate where possible, and iterate with feedback. Operate with velocity—balance the urgency of filling roles with the thoughtfulness needed to make excellent hires. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or managerial role. Demonstrated experience scaling hiring in high‑growth environments (ideally startups or tech companies). Proven capability in leading global hiring initiatives across multiple geographies. Track record of building and leading a high‑performing team while delivering against ambitious headcount goals. Analytical mindset—you know what to measure and how to turn data into action. Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management chops (from hiring managers to executives). Familiarity with hiring for technical, creative, legal, and strategic roles. You move fast but never at the cost of quality or culture. Comfortable challenging norms, experimenting with new approaches, and pushing for what’s best. Bonus Points If You Have built or scaled a recruitment function from scratch. Have experience working in Fintech. Bring strong perspective on diversity hiring and inclusive practices.
