We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our internal recruitment team and support project-based hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their talent acquisition career who is eager to develop their sourcing and candidate management skills in a collaborative environment. There are no sales or billable targets; the focus is on efficient and effective talent acquisition support. Key Responsibilities Post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other channels. Source and shortlist candidates using various recruitment tools such as Efin, LinkedIn, and other sourcing databases. Assist in managing large-scale recruitment projects, supporting hiring managers and senior recruiters with candidate outreach and coordination. Conduct initial candidate screening calls to gather basic information and assess fit. Maintain organized candidate records, updating the recruitment pipeline system and shared drive regularly. Collaborate with HR and recruitment team members to ensure smooth hiring processes and timely communication. Support other talent acquisition-related administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Up to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field preferred but open to fresh graduates with strong interest. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Efin) is a plus. Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
