Maternity cover: After School Activities Manager Canadian International School of Hong Kong is seeking an After School Activities Manager on a fixed term basis, from February 23 to June 12, 2026. Reporting to the Head of School, the After School Activities Manager will mainly be responsible for the School's After School Activities and preparation of the Summer Programme and the Term‑time period. He/she will be working closely with the After School Activities Assistant. This role is customer service orientated with a focus on supporting our ASA parents and providers. Duties & Responsibilities First point of contact of enquiries and offering support and service to our ASA community Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the Term‑time period and Summer Programme Manage and address the necessary administrative tasks Book keeping of all activities including the creation of reporting materials for the accounts department Communication to internal staff and external providers in relation to Term‑time and Summer Programme by email, phone and face‑to‑face Monitor all programmes to ensure the quality of instruction is maintained at a satisfactory level Supervision of students before and after activities on a daily basis Supervise and offer guidance to the summer interns and assistants Collaborate with different departments across the school Preparation for the Summer School Programme and Term‑time period Required Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a similar role with a particular focus on customer service Experience working with children Strong organizational skills Excellent team player; ability to collaborate across all school departments Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; good command of spoken Mandarin can be an asset Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in English and in Chinese Ability to meet tight timeline, work with minimal supervision Fast learner, with strong desire for continuous improvement Application Procedures Please include a covering letter, a detailed résumé, expected salary, the names and contact information of three references and send by email.
