Job Description Lead fundraising efforts across private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure strategies. Drive capital raising initiatives targeting institutional investors, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds, with a strong focus on Japanese markets. Develop and execute fundraising strategies across multiple asset classes. Build and maintain relationships with Japanese institutional investors and key stakeholders. Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and due diligence processes. Collaborate with investment teams to articulate fund strategies and performance. Monitor market trends and investor appetite to inform fundraising approach. The Successful Applicant Proven track record of raising capital for alternative investment funds. Minimum 10 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets. Deep network within Japanese institutional investor community. Native or fluent Japanese speaker; strong English communication skills. Strong understanding of private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure investments.
