We are seeking an accomplished Treasury Management Director with a strong investment background to lead our treasury operations. This role is vital in managing the company’s balance sheet, optimizing liquidity, and making strategic investment decisions to enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in investment strategies and financial markets, allowing them to effectively manage the firm’s capital in alignment with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Capital Management: Oversee the allocation and investment of the company’s funds to drive optimal returns while maintaining risk management. Investment Strategy Development: Formulate and implement investment strategies focused on maximizing the firm's own capital, leveraging market opportunities across various sectors, including regular visits to Mainland China and other countries to explore potential investment opportunities and partnerships. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify and manage financial risks associated with investments, ensuring a balanced approach to capital preservation and growth. Performance Monitoring: Establish clear metrics to evaluate the performance of investments and make data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to inform investment decisions and support overall financial strategy. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management or investment-focused roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
