Job Reference # BR Job Type Full Time Your role Are you a people person? Do you stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone to support the front office while servicing clients. Your responsibilities include: Supporting client advisors Processing client orders as the point of entry Ensuring administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed Carrying out daily transaction processing and troubleshooting complex issues Maintaining contact with internal and external clients Your team You will work within the Wealth Management team in Hong Kong, which manages, preserves, and grows client wealth. We offer solutions for wealth management and succession planning. Your expertise Knowledge of banking operations Experience supporting private clients and client advisors Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new programs Proactive team player with initiative Methodical, concise, accurate, with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, depending on the country team Relevant professional qualification (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8) or License Person of Type 1, or equivalent About Us UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager, operating through four divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and Investment Bank.
