Responsibilities Point of contact for new local business opportunities Process and manage new business requests, working closely with the Managing Director Organise initial contacts and follow up with opportunities Prepare feasibility studies and propose potential projects to Synpulse management Work with Synpulse’s global sales team to close deals Prepare management reporting and sales forecasts Maintain personal network with the financial industry Maintain top‑management relationships with local clients Escalation point for client concerns Overall responsibility for the success of local projects Ensure suitable team composition and availability Manage and coach team members Qualifications University graduate with a degree in computer science, business administration, or an equivalent field Know‑how of B2B sales strategies Track record in business development and sales to the financial industry in Hong Kong (preferably with Mainland Chinese, local Hong Kong and Taiwanese financial institutions) Strong network with decision‑makers in the Hong Kong financial services industry Ability to establish relationships with client top‑level management Functional knowledge of banking, insurance, or other financial institutions Experience with large software implementation projects and direct client exposure an advantage Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Entrepreneurial spirit Benefits Attractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the market Modern central office space with good public transport connections Can‑do mentality and one‑spirit culture Varied events and employee initiatives Application Do you approach your tasks with commitment and enjoyment and are you convinced that teamwork achieves better results than working alone?
