Associate Director / Senior Finance Manager, Procurement The Senior Finance Manager / Associate Finance Director, Business Operations will serve as a strategic finance leader supporting global sourcing and supply chain functions. This role goes beyond traditional reporting to deliver forward‑looking insights, robust financial planning, and actionable recommendations that drive operational excellence and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will combine strong FP&A expertise with experience in supply chain finance, procurement, or vendor management to influence key business decisions and maximize value across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic FP&A & Business Partnership Act as the primary finance partner for Sourcing and Supply Chain teams, translating operational strategies into financial outcomes. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling for sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and long‑term contracts. Provide decision support for capital investments, global sourcing initiatives, and supply chain optimization projects. 2. Financial Analysis & Value Creation Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to identify cost‑saving and working‑capital improvement opportunities. Quantify and prioritize initiatives that deliver cost reduction, cost avoidance, and total cost of ownership improvements. Develop benefits‑tracking frameworks to ensure savings are realized and reflected in the P&L. 3. Governance & Risk Management Implement financial controls across the source‑to‑pay process to prevent value leakage. Monitor purchase price variance (PPV), contract compliance, and maverick spending; recommend corrective actions. Partner with planning teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs. Own budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for procurement and supply chain‑related costs. Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities. Develop KPIs and dashboards to track financial health of sourcing and supply chain operations. Build and mentor a high‑performing FP&A team. Foster strong partnerships with Operations, Accounting, Treasury, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Champion a culture of financial discipline and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CMA/CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally with exposure to supply chain finance, procurement finance, or vendor management. Proven track record of delivering cost savings and working capital improvements. Strong understanding of global sourcing, supply chain processes, and their financial implications. Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect operational activities to financial outcomes. Analytical Expertise: Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills; ERP (SAP) and Excel proficiency. Influential Communication: Skilled at presenting complex financial concepts to senior leadership. Results‑Oriented: Proactive, hands‑on leader with a focus on driving measurable impact.
