Requirements: DSE graduate or higher with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a hotline, call centre, or customer service role Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office is essential Holder of a QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP) is an advantage Your application will include the following questions: How would you rate your English language skills?
