Senior Manager, Client Relations

Liaise with company personnel and the aircraft owner’s representatives to plan all flights procedure; Cooperate with flight scheduler’s, aircrew members, maintenance personnel and management to converge on aircraft movements and schedules; Manage and audit aviation cost records, receipts and invoices regularly; Coordinate Aviation Flight log verification and trip cost data; Compile aircraft operational reports for clients and company personnel; Handle client’s relationship and transactions simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; Acquire good knowledge on HK and PRC aviation markets and the related regulations. Job Requirements Degree holder or above, preferably in aviation or a related discipline; Minimum 10 years’ experience in business aviation industry; Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Mature and results-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills; Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and decision-making, willing to work out of business hours and under pressure Ability to coordinate related personnel to provide an exceptional experience for clients Sino Jet Management Limited is positioned as an ultimate solution provider specializing in business aviation services and solutions under one roof.
