Sales & Marketing Manager

We are an innovative audio technology company based in Hong King, launching a new consumer‑focused audio product. We are seeking a highly motivated and self‑driven Sales & Marketing Manager with excellent English proficiency to spearhead international dealership development and represent the brand at global exhibitions. This role requires an individual who can independently drive sales, communicate effectively with overseas partners, and manage product presence at international trade shows. Key Responsibilities Identify, contact, and secure overseas distributors, retailers, and resellers Handle all aspects of international exhibitions: planning, logistics, booth setup, lead follow‑up Create and execute go‑to‑market plans for target regions Support marketing campaigns to increase global product visibility Regularly report on pipeline status and regional performance Build long‑term relationships with key accounts Requirements At least 3 years in international sales and marketing, preferably in audio or consumer electronics Proven ability to handle overseas exhibitions independently (e.g. HI‑END, TAA, HK Hi‑End AV Head‑fi Show etc.) Excellent command of written and spoken English (a must) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self‑starter, highly organized, and results‑oriented Willing to travel internationally (based in Hong King and PRC mainland) Holder of Hong King Driving License Knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages will be a bonus Compensation Base Salary: HK$30,000 – HK$45,000 / month (depending on experience) Travel Allowance and Performance Bonuses included #J-18808-Ljbffr
