Our dynamic team of over 2,300 employees serves customers in more than 50 countries. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our Asia Regional team. This role will support sales operations and customer relationship management while ensuring smooth coordination between various departments. Key Responsibilities Represent and position Asmodee games and solutions across designated Asian markets by cultivating long‑term client relationships, identifying new business partners, and expanding distribution channels. Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and uncover new growth opportunities. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying and following up on potential leads while tracking project progress. Assist in annual sales forecasting and contribute to the development of strategic business plans to support organizational goals. Proactively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships. Provide product training to staff and clients, highlighting the benefits of board games and educational solutions to enhance engagement and adoption. Manage and maintain product data in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Execute other tasks as assigned by the Manager. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international sales, with strong focus on Southeast Asian markets. Experience in board game/toy/consumer goods industries is advantageous but not mandatory. Passion to learn and promote board game industry. Advanced English language proficiency. Strong proficiency in business software applications. Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge in License is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
