Position: Graduate Trainee Programme 2026Location: Hong Kong | Group-Based Financial Platform | Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 This isn’t just your first job—it’s a launchpad. Asset allocation, fund/equity screening, risk controls, ESG basics. 1:1 mentorship. Deliver your first market insight and investment viewpoint report. Rotations in action. Investment research, asset management, product/marketing, client advisory pods. Join portfolio review meetings and rebalancing discussions. Lead within a squad. Own proposals and periodic reviews for assigned portfolios. Submit performance/risk monitoring reports and hit your personal growth targets. Your Day‑to‑Day Research & Analysis: Track macro and sector moves, build investable views, turn data into concise, actionable reports. Client & Solutions: Understand goals and risk appetite; design HK and global portfolios; prepare proposals and review packs. Portfolio Management: Monitor performance and volatility, recommend rebalancing, align short-, mid-, and long‑term strategies. Cross‑Functional Projects: Partner with investment teams across rotations to gain multi‑market perspectives and methods. Who Thrives Here Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (discipline open; business, STEM, or quantitative exposure is a plus but not required). Languages: Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (interviews conducted in English and Mandarin). Mindset: High learning agility, resilient under pressure, proactive in asking the right questions and acting on feedback. Skills: Clear communicator, detail‑driven, able to juggle parallel tasks; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; basic investment or data‑handing knowledge is an advantage.
