WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a sales hunter focused on financial services innovation at Acuity, a rapidly expanding global leader in KPO and IT Services, to join our Sales team in Hong Kong, covering financial institutions on the buy‑ and sell‑sides across the region. The ideal candidate is a target‑driven individual with a strong background in Asia Financial Services Sales, Investment Banking, Fintech Sales or Global Insights from a leading organization, in a client‑facing role – originating and closing new logos and cross‑selling our strong existing book of business at leading financial institutions. This is a regional role across the APAC region. To be successful in this role you should have excellent knowledge of the financial services landscape, including Investment/Commercial Banks, Asset Managers including Private Markets, and an established network in the industry. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and strong negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to develop and establish long‑term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Prior experience presenting and marketing to senior clients or at senior levels on the buy‑ and sell‑sides is highly desirable. Experience working with knowledge‑based outsourcing services or high‑value consulting services in Financial Services is a plus. WHAT ARE YOU REQUIRED TO DO: Hunt & Conquer: Spot and pursue top‑tier banking & asset management clients to meet sales targets, upselling and cross‑selling our existing local and global book of business, working with our EMEA and US counterparts. Full‑Cycle Mastery: Own enterprise sales from lead gen to deal close, leveraging our excellent delivery and presales teams as your partners. Value Creator: Build bespoke pitches for insights & analytic, ops, tech, and transformation challenges; drive RFPs for strategic opportunities. Networking: leverage new and existing connections to pitch CXOs. Growth: Upsell, cross‑sell, and evolve accounts from tactical to strategic. Forecasting: Deliver spot‑on pipeline insights and team up for flawless execution. Relationship Development: Solve problems, communicate, and keep clients happy. COMPETENCIES WE REQUIRE: 10+ years’ experience working in the front office of key product or sector teams in an Investment Bank or Research firms is preferred, in a client‑facing position. Ability to source, identify and develop new business opportunities. Ability to sell on a needs/solutions approach and ability to engage with senior business users, COOs, CIOs, Chief Credit Officers, CROs, CCOs and Procurement Managers. Ability to influence key decision makers during the full life cycle of the sales process. Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience. Experience in leading sales efforts, proposal development and closing deals. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions. Ability to multitask and meet short deadlines. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail. Putonghua is not required. Visa sponsorship available.
