Technical Project Manager, Oracle Consulting (Hong Kong) (Contract) We are looking for a hands‑on and driven Technical Project Manager to join our Oracle Consulting team. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end project delivery across Oracle technologies, including Oracle BI, Integration, OCI, and data‑related projects. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to make sure projects run smoothly and deliver real business value. This is a great role for someone who enjoys both project leadership and technical problem‑solving and wants to work with enterprise customers across different industries. What You Will Do Lead and manage full project lifecycle from planning to go‑live. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and technical teams to ensure all tasks are delivered on time. Work directly with customers to understand their needs, set expectations, and handle issues or risks. Manage project scope, timeline, cost, quality, and resources. Lead status meetings, prepare project reports, and ensure clear communication among all parties. Support solution design discussions, especially related to Oracle Integration, BI, OCI, and data solutions. Ensure project governance and Oracle’s delivery methodology are followed. Help with escalations and drive problem solving with technical teams. What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or IT Project Manager. Solid experience delivering projects with Oracle technologies (BI, Integration, OCI, data platforms) or similar enterprise solutions. Preferably with a technical background such as software development, integration, BI, data engineering, etc. Strong understanding of cloud concepts, integration architecture, and data workflows. Good communication skills in both technical and non‑technical conversations. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle project challenges under pressure. PMP, Prince2, Agile Scrum certifications are nice to have but not required. Experience working in consulting, SI, or enterprise environments is a plus. Why Join Oracle Consulting?
