To accelerate our customers’ transformation journeys, we are seeking Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Consulting’s professional services for Campus Solutions and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) . About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will oversee full‑lifecycle implementations, both on‑premises and cloud across Oracle's Campus Solutions and/or HCM product suites. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will drive project execution, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with Oracle Consulting, Product Development, Support, and our clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality. What You’ll Do Be customer‑first in everything you do, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all stakeholders Manage and lead end‑to‑end implementations and upgrade projects for Oracle Campus or HCM solutions Establish and grow strong relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment Plan and oversee the full project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, issues, and budget Collaborate with solution leads, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure delivery quality Drive internal and customer governance, prepare and present status updates, and manage escalations Ensure effective change management and user adoption throughout the project lifecycle Expand Oracle’s footprint by identifying new opportunities within existing customers Promote Oracle Consulting services to prospective customers and partners Lead project teams with accountability for deliverables, customer satisfaction, and commercial success What You’ll Bring 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years of project/program management experience Proven track record leading end‑to‑end implementations and upgrades for Oracle Campus Solutions or HCM At least 5 full‑cycle implementations in Campus or HCM, with experience managing both cloud and on‑prem environments Hands‑on experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect in Campus or HCM is highly preferred Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies and project governance best practices Expertise in project tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project estimation frameworks Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to manage scope, time, cost, and quality across multiple workstreams Strong influencing and negotiation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders and external vendors Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, M.Ed., etc.) is desirable Immediate availability is preferred What You Can Expect from Oracle Competitive compensation package with performance‑based rewards Exposure to diverse and impactful projects across education and enterprise customers Collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages continuous learning Opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment with top‑tier talent and cutting‑edge solutions Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Project Management and Consulting Industries Software Development Information Services IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
