About the role Formulate channel/wholesales business strategies on Carrier Optical Network, Network Connectivity, Voice over IP (VoIP), cross border solutions, point to point connection, cabling, IEPL circuit, etc. Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through qualifying prospects, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation. Achieve sales & revenue targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities from local / global carriers. Coordinate with technical teams to design customized solutions (e.g., international connectivity, dark fiber networks, DWDM solutions, local connectivity, Data Center solutions and ICT requirement). Understand global telecom trends, regulatory changes, new submarine cables development, new data centre expansion and competitor activities. Review & analyse the market situation and report to senior management periodically. Prepare sales reports for performance review. About You University graduate in any discipline, at least 5 years of experience in Telco or IT industry. Sound knowledge in two or more ICT domains of carrier networking, enterprise networking, security, load balancing, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, Server, Storage, Cloud Services, Data Centre Infrastructure, Managed Services and Professional Services. Experience in selling infrastructure solution to local/Mainland Telcos. Experience in submarine cable project, telecom carriers and wholesales market will be an advantage. Independent, energetic, hardworking, spontaneous and able to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
