Responsibilities Manage AI-related projects in the insurance industry, ensuring project success and revenue accountability. During the pre-sales phase, participate in customer needs analysis, define system architecture and business processes, and clarify project objectives, success criteria, and delivery scope. Facilitate communication between local sales, pre-sales teams, and customers. Oversee demo and POC phases, coordinating with internal operations and technical teams to build and train AI bots and complete system integration. Ensure high-quality project delivery, post-launch performance monitoring, and continuous optimization. Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and drive ongoing collaboration. Requirements Fluent in English and Cantonese for both written and verbal communication (mandatory). 3+ years of project management experience in the insurance sector, with exposure to AI products, call centers, CRM systems, or insurance-related systems. Familiarity with B2B business processes. Technical product management experience is a plus. Proactive, strong logical and data analysis skills, detail-oriented, and quick learner. Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel short-term as needed.
