Head of Corporate Credit, Corporate Bank With a rapidly growing platform and an investment in growth in the region, this foreign corporate bank is seeking to hire a Head, Corporate Credit Approval, Credit Risk Department to review and approve Corporate credit applications and maintain a healthy and high credit portfolio for the bank. Role Responsibilities Review, analyse and approve credit applications of prospective large Corporate banking customers within the delegated approval authority; Collect and obtain relevant information and clarification for performing credit analysis and present to Loan Committee Conduct Credit Risk Rating (CRR) and review Facility Risk Rating (FRR) given by the business unit Participate in customer visits jointly with the business unit upon request of business unit Check the compliance of financial covenants upon receiving borrowers' financial statement from business unit and report the non-compliance to Department Head Conduct due diligence checking for local beneficiaries/buyers/suppliers of credit customers Prepare industries analysis and portfolio analysis Assist Department Head in training and management work Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Department Head Requirements Degree holder preferably in Finance and Accounting At least 18 years' experience in credit risk management and analysis, including 5 years at supervisory level Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Credit Risk Management (CRM) qualification is preferred Strong financial and cash flow analysis skills Good analytical, problem-solving and analysis report-writing skills Strong knowledge of key credit risk indicators and economic factors impacting credit quality Self-motivated, good team player and able to follow tight deadlines Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese If you believe you have the relevant skill and experience and is interested in this position, kindly get in touch with Jack Leung with your CV to engage in a confidential discussion.
