President and Founder | ALL-STAR AGENCY | Recruiting Champions in Banking and Financial Services Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Corporate Bank to join a fast-growth regional bank to drive the growth and deepen a portfolio of Corporate Banking clients. Role Responsibilities Provide strong leadership for Corporate Banking business Develop new banking business activities with top‑tier Corporate Banking and Syndication clients and deepen relationship with existing clients Originate the transactions including syndication/club loan, bilateral facilities, trade and ancillary businesses which enhance overall return on the relationship Involve in credit application process and discuss with credit department / and tactfully work across all stakeholders for internal approval in order to execute transactions, Collaborate with both internal and external parties in loan documentation to ensure smooth execution Coordinate with various product teams to capture cross‑selling opportunities including FX, Deposits, Transaction Banking, Insurance, etc. Manage and be accountable to the account opening process including any necessary documentation for new and existing accounts; Complete various reports for management including customer call reports, pipeline forecasting and monthly cross‑selling income and deal tracking Coach RMs in the Department Requirements 20 years relationship management experience in a reputable corporate bank covering Wholesale Banking clients. At least 10 years leadership and managerial experience Product knowledge in bi‑lateral loans, syndication, deposits, and global markets; Strong academics from a reputable university Related certification/accreditation such as ECF would be an advantage/preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin If you believe you have the relevant skill and experience and are interested in this position, kindly get in touch with Jack Leung to engage in a confidential discussion.
