What You’ll Do Deliver our proprietary architectural curriculum to small groups of students in an engaging and inspiring manner. Translate complex architectural concepts (like space, structure, and sustainability) into fun, hands‑on, age‑appropriate projects. Mentor students through the entire design‑build process, from initial sketches and prototypes to final model presentations. Foster a studio‑like environment that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and creative risk‑taking. Prepare and manage high‑quality materials and tools for your classes, ensuring a safe and professional learning environment. Who We’re Looking For A degree holder in Architecture, Architectural Design, Urban Planning, Interior Design, or a related field is essential. Demonstrable passion and high proficiency in physical model‑making. A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to mentor and inspire children and teenagers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English. Patient, energetic, and able to command a classroom with a positive and encouraging presence. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a significant advantage, but not a firm requirement for candidates with the right passion and aptitude.
