Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to act as a Change Agent, driving strategic HR initiatives and organizational transformation across our dual business models—Retail and Wholesale. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about enabling change through people, processes, and culture. Key Focuses and Responsibilities Decode and translate group‑level retail and wholesale strategies into actionable organizational capability roadmaps. Lead the design of agile structures for retail operations and cross‑functional collaboration mechanisms for wholesale, breaking down silos and enabling resource sharing. Conduct organizational diagnostics using talent mapping and performance analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement targeted solutions. Talent Pipeline & Capability Building Develop tailored career progression frameworks for retail and wholesale business units. Drive succession planning for critical roles. Design and implement specialized training programs aligned with transformation needs, supported by internal knowledge platforms. Culture & Reward System Design Champion a transformation‑oriented culture rooted in collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement. Design differentiated incentive schemes for retail, wholesale, and functional teams to maximize engagement and performance. Enhance employee experience through cross‑border care programs and rapid feedback mechanisms. Lead HR digitalization initiatives, implementing HR solutions for talent, performance, and payroll management. Optimize workforce planning and cost control to improve productivity. Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong and Mainland labour regulations. Key Requirements and Expectations Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience with a proven track record in HR leadership roles, preferably in retail or wholesale environments. Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy. Expertise in HR digital transformation and workforce analytics. Familiarity with Hong Kong and Mainland labour laws. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English.
