This team will be the engine for user acquisition and engagement, tasked with making HKChat a household name in Hong Kong. We are seeking three passionate and strategic individuals to form this core team, working under the department lead to conceptualise and execute high‑impact, integrated campaigns. Position 1: Online Campaign & Growth Manager Your Role: The Architect of Digital Momentum You are the strategic mastermind behind our user growth. Your focus is on conceiving and orchestrating data‑driven online campaigns that create buzz, drive virality, and significantly increase user acquisition and activation. You will work closely with our social media and PR teams to ensure our campaigns are amplified across all channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the integrated online campaign strategy, from concept to execution and analysis, to achieve key metrics for user growth and engagement. Design and manage compelling viral and referral mechanics (e.g., invite‑a‑friend programs, contests, leaderboards) to fuel organic user acquisition. Collaborate with the central Social Media team to brief campaign concepts and ensure cohesive narrative execution across all platforms. Partner with the internal PR team to identify and leverage newsworthy campaign angles for maximum media exposure. Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data analytics, conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates and ROI continuously. Manage the campaign budget and calendar, ensuring timely and impactful delivery. Requirements 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or campaign management, with a proven portfolio of successful online campaigns. Deep understanding of the Hong Kong digital landscape, user psychology, and viral marketing techniques. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Professional proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are required. Position 2: Partnerships & Ecosystem Manager Your Role: The Bridge to Community and Scale You are our key to unlocking growth through strategic alliances. Your mission is to build a robust network of partners across corporate, association, and community sectors. You will create win‑win collaborations that embed HKChat into the fabric of Hong Kong, providing trusted channels for user adoption. Key Responsibilities Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with enterprises, SMEs, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and universities in Hong Kong. Develop co‑marketing initiatives and value‑added programmes that drive user acquisition through partner channels. Act as the primary relationship manager for partners, ensuring successful programme execution and long‑term engagement. Source and collaborate with influencers and KOLs who align with our brand, briefing them for campaign integrations. Support the planning of high‑impact offline events by leveraging partner networks for venues, co‑hosting, and joint promotions. Serve as a key liaison for government‑related outreach initiatives, aligning with broader corporate objectives. Requirements 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or ecosystem development, preferably in a B2B or B2B2C context. Established network or demonstrated ability to build one within Hong Kong's business or association community. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Strong commercial acumen and a results‑oriented mindset. Professional proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are required. Position 3: Community & Engagement Manager Your Role: The Champion of User Activation and Experience You are the frontline expert who turns awareness into active, loyal users. You own the user journey from the point of interest through to engagement and retention. You will execute targeted online and offline tactics that create memorable experiences and foster a vibrant community around HKChat. Key Responsibilities Execute the tactical rollout of online campaigns, managing campaign landing pages, user queries, and prize fulfilment to ensure a seamless user experience. Plan and manage small‑scale, high‑frequency online engagements (e.g., Q&A sessions, polls) to maintain user interest between major campaigns. Conceptualise and organise creative "pop‑up" experiential activations and roadshows in high‑traffic locations (e.g., malls, MTR stations, university campuses). Serve as the on‑site lead for all events, managing logistics, brand presentation, and team coordination. Gather and synthesize direct user feedback from events and online interactions to provide insights for product and marketing strategy. Foster and manage initial core user communities to build a foundation of brand advocates. Requirements 5 years of experience in event marketing, community management, or field marketing. Hands‑on, energetic, and exceptional at managing on‑the‑ground logistics and real‑time user interactions. Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are required.
