Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Execution: Manage the complete cycle including RFQ coordination, PO processing, production follow-up, and final delivery/logistics verification. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strategic global partnerships to mitigate risk and drive continuous innovation. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Collaborate with QA on supplier audits and ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, quality reports, and packaging/shipping requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and relevant documentation for reporting and audit readiness. Internal Collaboration: Align procurement activities with the needs of logistics, finance, and sales departments. Requirements CRITICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: MANDATORY experience (3+ years) in procuring industrial MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts or components specifically for or within the Bulk Material Handling supply chain. Please clearly detail this experience on your CV in one of the following sectors: Quarrying and Aggregates Port and Terminal Logistics (Bulk Handling) Heavy Equipment Manufacturing or industrial MRO supply (focusing on conveyor belts and high-wear parts). Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or the industrial/logistics supply chain sector. Language Skills: Mandatory Mother tongue or business professional level in English and Chinese (verbal and written). Mindset: Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently with a self-starter attitude. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing diverse international vendor relationships.
