About The Client Our client, a reputable and sizeable listed property developer, is seeking an accomplished (Senior) HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for its Hong Kong business. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role suited for a seasoned HR professional with deep roots in the property sector and a proven record of stable, progressive career development. About The Role The (Senior) HR Manager will lead the full HR function for one of the designated business units for the Hong Kong business, acting as a strategic partner to senior management while ensuring smooth and effective HR operations. You will oversee all core HR pillars – from workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession development to compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee engagement. A key part of the role is strengthening HR frameworks, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and advising leaders on people‑related decisions that support business growth. You will also play a central role in maintaining strong governance, ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with industry standards. While the position is primarily Hong Kong‑focused, prior exposure to Mainland China HR practices will be a strong advantage, given the company's broader regional footprint. Requirements 20+ years of solid HR generalist experience, with at least a decade in managerial roles A stable and progressive career history within sizeable, listed property developers or property‑related conglomerates Strong industry familiarity with the operating models, talent landscape, and regulatory environment of the property sector Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business outcomes Hands‑on leadership style with the maturity to balance strategic thinking and operational execution Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written & spoken) China HR exposure (preferred but not mandatory) Click "Apply Now " to apply for this position or call Christina Lau at for a confidential discussion.
