Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development. Lead and oversee the delivery of core HR operations. Leverage diverse recruitment channels to accurately meet talent needs. Formulate and develop training strategies, and implement plans to support business goals and drive continuous improvement. Support HR process automation and re-engineering initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Manage annual and monthly reports, including headcount, leave, and HR analytics. Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to advance departmental and organizational goals. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines; At least 6 years or above relevant working experience; Have good knowledge on HK Employment Ordinance and employee life cycle; Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing is a must; Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated, attention to details and strong sense of responsibility; Advantage will be given to candidates with experience in training delivery; Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Human Resources Officer.
