Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer Support to manage full spectrum of Human Resources services covering the employment life cycle with focus on talent acquisition, onboard & off-boarding, implementation of HR policies, C&B Management, and other HR projects. Responsibilities Responsible for full cycle recruitment including from understanding the hiring needs, screening resumes, interview candidates, job offering to on-boarding arrangement, visa application and renewal Conduct data analytics and provide market insights to review the recruitment practice and sourcing effective tools Support functional leaders in all talent management activities including performance management, training and career development Partner with internal stakeholders to identify our competency gap and develop development plan in support of the company’s business plan and people strategies Assist in the review, development and implementation of company policies / procedures pertaining to the Human Resources & Administration function as well as the review of workflow and make recommendations for continuous enhancement Supervise a junior to provide all round office support including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office consumables, office renovation, facilities maintenance and etc. Requirements Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in sizable firms Well versed in both Hong Kong and China's regulations Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Self-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal stakeholders Detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines A good team player with positive, proactive and flexible in approach, strong capability in problem-solving and drive for excellence Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Administration Manager Immediate available is highly preferred Work location in Tai Po, shuttle bus will be provided from Kowloon Tong and Tai Po Market Station We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
