Job Posting Senior Manager (Medical Products Distribution) Work Location Tsim Sha Tsui (Occasional travel to Mainland China or other Asian regions required) Salary Range HKD 35,000 – 50,000/month (Negotiable, adjusted based on experience and qualifications) Position Overview We are a family-founded medical products distribution company based in Hong Kong, specializing in high-quality medical consumables and equipment supply. To support business expansion and corporate transformation, we are now seeking a Senior Manager with strategic vision and execution capabilities to oversee the company's operational management and market development, leading the enterprise into a new phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's short, medium, and long-term development strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. Oversee daily operations, including procurement, warehousing and logistics, sales, marketing, and human resources. Lead business transformation and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and promote digitalization. Explore markets in Hong Kong and Macau, developing high-value-added product lines and new partnerships. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients (such as hospitals, clinics, and chain pharmacies) and suppliers. Manage cash flow and cost control, while improving corporate governance and risk management mechanisms. Foster a performance-driven and collaborative corporate culture. Regularly report performance and strategic progress to the Board of Directors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in healthcare, supply chain management, or related fields. At least 5 years of management experience in international trade, medical device/pharmaceutical distribution, or related industries. Experience in managing SMEs or leading business transformations is a plus. Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive business breakthroughs under limited resources. Excellent team leadership and cross-department collaboration skills, with a talent for motivating and developing talent. Familiarity with Hong Kong’s healthcare market policies and distribution channels; existing industry networks are advantageous. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin. Willingness to travel occasionally. Basic knowledge of capital operations, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. We Offer A competitive compensation package (fixed salary + performance-based bonuses).
