Job Summary The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and promotes Baguio’s full suite of integrated environmental solutions. The KAM acts as a strategic partner, helping clients leverage our digital capabilities and sustainability expertise. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships. Understand client operations and sustainability objectives to design integrated solutions across Cleaning, Waste Management, Landscaping, Pest Control, Green Tech and other specialized solutions. Promote Baguio’s full-service portfolio, including smart waste management systems, IoT-enabled recycling, and ESG-driven initiatives. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize account value. Develop strategic account plans with clear revenue growth and retention targets. Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and client feedback to propose innovative, eco-friendly solutions. Educate clients on digitalization initiatives (Smart Bin, Smart Balance, IoT sensors) and carbon reduction programs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of multi-service projects. Prepare and present integrated proposals that align with client sustainability goals and compliance requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in environmental services, facilities management, or sustainability consulting. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-service accounts and drive cross-selling initiatives. Familiarity with ESG principles, sustainability practices, and digital solutions (IoT, smart systems) is highly desirable.
