Our client is a Global Company that innovates, optimizes and drives the supply chains and marketing promotions of many of the best known brands in the world. They are now seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. Key Account Manager - Supply Chain / Logistics (5-days) The Key Account Manager will be responsible to provide hyper care to our key accounts, overseeing the end to end support in terms of current services, review service KPIs as well as delve into business opportunities. Responsibilities Understand, accept and meet sales targets set. Align sales strategies and focus with S&M Director; map business planning and sales pipeline development. Set and track business budget for each customer. Responsible for business growth within the Account portfolio. Work on customer development plan with customer and share with relevant stakeholders to ensure we stay on track of growth. Create sales proposal and presentation which includes identifying customers’ business problems and providing solutions to their needs. Partner with Pricing Manager to build quotation and tender (RFQ/RFI) to the customer on a timely basis. See through sale funnel and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. Work closely with respective stake-holders cross functions to support customers’ needs and meet customers’ KPIs. Communicate industry challenges / trends to customer and proactively propose action plans. Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure positive trends in meeting KPIs. Utilise CRM system for sales planning, sales opportunity pipeline and meeting planning and follow-up. Manage new customer onboarding experience across HFM functional teams Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor degree in Management, Business or Commerce 5-6 years of account management experience, and experience conducting business reviews Understanding of Logistics trade terms and industry insights Independent, resourceful & possess high drive for results Savvy with social media and use of technology ie.
