Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the procurement process for engineering materials, equipment, and services Support the Team Head in implementing new procedures and projects Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation and cost optimization Analyze market trends and evaluate supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage Drive process transformation initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness Utilize data analysis to inform procurement decisions and strategies Qualifications Bachelor Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines 8-10 years of sourcing or procurement experience Demonstrated expertise in category management, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sectors Proficient in data analysis and experienced with ERP systems Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization. Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua Candidate with more experience can be considered as Procurement Manager.
