Director of Sales, APAC An energetic, entrepreneurial, and results‑driven individual will lead our sales growth across the Asia Pacific region. They will develop and execute our regional commercial strategy, build strong client relationships, and expand our footprint across the region. Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑time‑zone environment with a deep understanding of APAC’s business landscape. Key Responsibilities Drive commercial growth across APAC, focusing on investment banks, asset managers, ETF issuers, and sovereign wealth funds Manage and cultivate a strong client network, identifying and converting new business opportunities Lead regional sales strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with global objectives Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless delivery across multiple time zones What We’re Looking For Dynamic, ambitious, and driven – with a relentless focus on results Independent thinker who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to navigate complex business environments Essential Experience & Skills 5+ years of index experience or relevant work in an Investment Bank’s delta one or structured products desk , or within an ETF issuer’s product team Strong product knowledge (ETFs, index construction, factor or sector categorisation) Extensive network in APAC financial marketsProven track record of sales growth and business development success Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin highly desirable What We Offer Global Team: Join an international team of dynamic and ambitious individuals looking to disrupt the indexing and passive investment industry.
