AVP, Credit Card Product Development and Marketing Founded in 1948, Chong Hing Bank is a well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong with a network of more than 40 branches and sub-branches. The Bank became a member of Yuexiu Group, one of the largest state-owned enterprises in Guangzhou, in 2014. In recent years, the Bank has been actively expanding its business in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. To cope with the Bank's rapid growth, we are inviting high calibre candidates to join us and develop successful careers with us. Responsibilities Formulate and develop marketing plans and strategies and implement end-to-end credit card acquisition marketing campaigns to drive business growth and meet targets. Monitor the performance of marketing activities, conduct analysis, and based on performance data, provide recommendations on marketing strategies. Manage credit card and related products from design to implementation. Collaborate with other teams and manage external vendor suppliers for smooth logistics and execution of programs, card features maintenance, and project enhancements to align activities and drive best practices. Keep abreast of latest market trends, competitor activities and customer spending behaviour of different segments to identify opportunities, initiate product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment. Ensure all programs/projects comply with banking practice, compliance and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines preferred. Minimum of 5 years' working experience in credit card/banking/financial products business. Creative, flexible, analytical, well-organized and strong marketing execution skills with excellent project management and problem solving abilities. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and able to work independently and handle multitask. Self-motivated, enthusiastic with excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
