Responsibilities Coordinate on-site construction, manpower allocation, and supervision for private residential projects to ensure smooth workflow. Attend site meetings and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and seamless project delivery. Assist in coordination tasks related to residential renovation projects. Prepare regular progress reports and manage construction schedules to ensure each phase proceeds as planned. Supervise on-site teams to ensure work quality and progress meet project expectations. Requirements Minimum 5-8 years of experience in interior renovation projects, preferably with site supervision experience in Luxury residential works. Solid understanding of residential design and project execution, including workflow, tools, materials, and technical applications; able to interpret design details and assess aesthetic quality. Familiar with luxury interior renovation works, A&A works, building safety regulations, and quality standards. Able to lead site meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive timely decision-making to ensure smooth project delivery. Capable of setting clear performance expectations and monitoring team output to maintain high standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Chinese and English; fluent Cantonese required; basic Mandarin is a plus.
