Talent Acquisition Leader @ DFI Retail | Recruitment Strategy | IHRP-SP Key Responsibilities Organisation Development and Change Management Design and implement people transformation strategies aligned with the growth and innovation agenda of the Health & Beauty format. Lead organisational development projects, including organization design and workforce planning, to support format transformation and the new operating model. Partner with format leaders to assess organisational health and recommend interventions that drive agility, resilience and sustainable growth Lead change management and enablement programmes to facilitate smooth transitions, fostering new ways of working and transformation. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people-related challenges and opportunities. People and Culture Projects Collaborate with business leaders and P&C Heads to coordinate and implement P&C strategies that align with organisational goals, integrating key Health & Beauty priorities into people execution. Lead, coordinate and participate in P&C projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, capability and productivity. Getting involved in supporting key H&B drivers such as Franchise, Distribution Model, Omnichannel revamp, among others. Oversee strategic projects and collaborate with format teams (MDs, P&C, and Group P&C) to ensure timely execution of initiatives related to recruitment, training, and organisational changes. Analyze HR data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, consolidating format data for future analysis and action. Capability and Culture Building Develop capability model that defines future‑ready skills across Store and SSC teams, informing talent development needs. Coordinate professional development programmes for key functions (Commercial, Digital, Franchise, Marketing). Champion culture‑shaping initiatives that align with brand values and customer experience goals. Facilitate leadership development and succession planning through working with P&C Business Partners to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Professional Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HR Business Partner role. Strong understanding of HR practices across various functional areas. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities; proficient in project and change management; skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Strategic thinker with ability to align P&C strategies with business objectives. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of building trusted relationships at all organisational levels. Flexible in managing multiple priorities and navigating change effectively. Self‑motivated with a strong initiative to identify and address P&C issues before they escal" #J-18808-Ljbffr
