What You’ll Do and What Success Looks Like Support strategy development and execution to meet lending business goals. Assist in the ideation, design, development, and launch of new loan products and features. Help manage the lifecycle of existing loan products through performance tracking and competitiveness reviews. Analyse and optimise the digital loan application, approval, and disbursement journey for superior UX/CX and conversion rates. Collaborate with Business, Technology, Credit Risk, Operations, Compliance & Marketing teams to align and execute initiatives. Use data analytics to propose insights that support credit policies and risk strategies. Research market trends and competitor partnerships to identify new growth opportunities. Conduct analysis on business performance and evaluate programme effectiveness to ensure initiatives are measurable and reportable. What Is Required and What We’re Looking For Degree in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience; exposure to banking, lending or credit card business is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data. Passion for product development, business growth strategies and digital financial solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable plans. Self‑motivated, eager to learn and adaptive in a fast‑paced environment.
