WeLab Bank - Senior Manager, Channel Management We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead our channel management strategies for unsecured personal loans, driving growth and partnership development across our digital banking platforms. As a part of WeLab – a leading pan‑Asian fintech platform operating two digital banks and multiple online financial services – you will be at the forefront of delivering financial services to over 70 million users worldwide. What you’ll do Develop and execute sales strategies for unsecured personal loans, driving new customer acquisition through strategic partnerships and channel management. Oversee the full customer acquisition funnel (post‑lead generation), optimizing conversion rates from application to loan disbursement and leading the Sales Team. Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage referral partners, owning the partnership P&L to drive qualified loan applications. Build, coach, and manage a high‑performing sales team responsible for application follow‑up, document verification, and deal closure. Continuously enhance the sales process using technology and best practices to boost efficiency, customer experience, and conversion. Lead the strategy and execution of premium financing channel and oversee the end‑to‑end operations. Define and track key sales KPIs (conversion rates, disbursement volume, partner contribution, team productivity) and report to senior management. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure competitive positioning and strict regulatory adherence. You embrace challenges and bounce back from setbacks. What’s Required Degree holder in business, finance, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in personal lending, loan, or consumer banking areas with digitalization exposure. Good communication, analytical and quantitative skills. Strong sense of ownership and client‑servicing mindset. Good team spirit and ability to work independently. Highly motivated and eager to accept new challenges.
