Since the birth of GreenPan™, The Cookware Company has grown to a group of numerous and high standing brands, such as Green+Life, Vita+Verde, Green Chef, Gero, BK Cookware, Van Kempen & Begeer, Keltum, … and we are just beginning Aim As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for selling products to a portfolio of strategic customers to boost the market share of The Cookware Company APAC. Key results Permanent job responsibilities and duties Translating the predefined sales objectives for the assigned region into clearly defined targets in order to realize the overarching objectives. Developing specific actions and objectives with customers to achieve these targets. Studying market developments, actions and market position of competitors, based on close consultation with strategic customers, to take advantage of commercial opportunities and occupy a strong position in relation to the competition. Establishing and maintaining commercial contacts with key accounts in order to build a long-term relationship and thereby achieve the projected turnover for business development/ growth. Negotiating and concluding long‑term contracts to secure attractive prices and terms both for the customer and for The Cookware Company. In close consultation with Marketing, initiating various activities towards key accounts to connect in an efficient and effective manner. Monitoring the developments of his/her accounts with a view to anticipating future opportunities (takeovers, growth, ...) or threats (solvency problems, takeovers, ...). Ensuring that pricing is consistent and that correct quotations are issued. Taking responsibility for each step in the sales process. Profile You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in economics or a related field You have 5-8 years of solid experience in sales & marketing in Kitchenware/ Cookware/ Household Products. Experienced with A‑brands & working in an international environment Fluent in English, with proficiency in an APAC language (Japanese, Korean, etc) being an advantage. You are experienced in managing modern trade accounts directly You are a seasoned business developer with a proven track record of establishing new channels. You are sales‑driven, with a commercial gut feeling (e.g., knowing how far you can go during meetings with the customer).
